Common side effects of Interferon Alpha 2B include headache, dizziness, blurred vision, insomnia (difficulty sleeping), vomiting, nausea, dryness in the mouth, abdominal pain, agitation, sore throat, decreased white blood cell count, viral infection, indigestion, fatigue, fever, anxiety, depression, decreased appetite, cough, impaired concentration, nervousness, and stomatitis (inflammation of the mouth).
