Common side effects of Ramipril and Indapamide include nausea, diarrhea, constipation, indigestion, headache, fatigue, dizziness, orthostatic hypotension (sudden lowering of blood pressure upon standing), dry cough, sinus inflammation, bronchitis (inflammation of the airways), breathlessness, skin rash, chest pain, cramps, muscle pain, increased potassium levels in the blood, inflammation of the nose, weakness, flu-like symptoms, abdominal pain, peripheral edema, nervousness, and hypertonia (increased muscle tone).

  • It also lowers your risk of stroke and heart attack.
  • Take it in the morning with breakfast to avoid getting up at night to urinate.

  • Your doctor may regularly monitor your blood pressure, kidney function, and the levels of salts such as potassium in your blood while you are taking this medicine.
  • Do not take Ramipril + Indapamide if you are pregnant or planning to become pregnant, as it can cause birth defects or be fatal to your unborn baby.
