How it Works

How Hydrocortisone, Minoxidil, and Tretinoin Work Hydrocortisone, Minoxidil, and Tretinoin is a combination of three medications used to treat hair loss. Minoxidil is a vasodilator, meaning it widens blood vessels and improves blood flow to the hair follicles, preventing hair loss and stimulating regrowth. Tretinoin is a form of vitamin A that promotes the growth of hair follicles and enhances the absorption of Minoxidil from the scalp.
