Common side effects of Granulocyte Colony Stimulating Factor include bone pain, weakness, joint pain, rash, headache, nausea, back pain, pain in extremities, increased white blood cell count, muscle pain, elevated lactate dehydrogenase level in blood, low blood platelets, injection site pain, increased uric acid level in blood, oropharyngeal pain, hair loss, fatigue, elevated liver enzymes, diarrhea, decreased appetite, and constipation.
