How it Works

How Gramicidin, Neomycin, and Triamcinolone work Gramicidin, Neomycin, and Triamcinolone is a combination of two antibiotics (Gramicidin and Neomycin) and a steroid (Triamcinolone). The antibiotics function by eliminating the bacteria responsible for infections. The steroid inhibits the action of chemical messengers (prostaglandins) that lead to redness, swelling, and itching in the affected area.
