Neostigmine is a cholinesterase inhibitor used at the end of surgery to reverse the effects of certain medications administered during the procedure, such as muscle relaxants and anesthetics. Glycopyrrolate is an anticholinergic added to prevent the unwanted effects of Neostigmine, including decreased heart rate and excessive saliva production.
