How it Works

How Naproxen and Esomeprazole work Naproxen and Esomeprazole is a combination of two medicines: Naproxen and Esomeprazole, which relieve pain. Naproxen is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) that works by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers that cause fever, pain, and inflammation (redness and swelling). Esomeprazole is a proton pump inhibitor that reduces the amount of acid in the stomach and prevents damage to the stomach lining caused by Naproxen.

Side Effects

Common side effects of Naproxen and Esomeprazole include headache, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, indigestion, flatulence, stomach pain, and flu-like symptoms.
