How Naproxen and Domperidone Work Naproxen and Domperidone is a combination of two medicines: Naproxen and Domperidone. Common side effects of Naproxen and Domperidone include dryness of the mouth, headache, heartburn, abdominal pain, nausea, vomiting, flatulence, constipation, diarrhea, dyspepsia, epigastric pain, dark-colored stool, hematemesis (vomiting blood), ulcerative stomatitis, exacerbation of colitis, Crohn's disease, dizziness, drowsiness, itching, skin eruptions, ringing in the ears, edema (swelling), and breathlessness.
