How it Works

How Domperidone and Esomeprazole work Domperidone and Esomeprazole is a combination of two medicines: Domperidone and Esomeprazole. Domperidone is a prokinetic that acts on the upper digestive tract to increase the movement of the stomach and intestines, allowing food to pass more easily through the stomach. Esomeprazole is a proton pump inhibitor (PPI) that reduces the amount of acid in the stomach, helping to relieve acid-related indigestion and heartburn.
