How it Works

How Magaldrate and Dimethicone work Magaldrate and Dimethicone is a combination of two medicines: Magaldrate and Dimethicone. Magaldrate is an inorganic salt that neutralizes excess acid in the stomach. Dimethicone is an antifoaming agent that disintegrates gas bubbles, allowing for the easy passage of gas.

Side Effects

Common side effects of Magaldrate and Dimethicone include a chalky taste, diarrhea, and constipation.
