Dimethicone is an antifoaming medicine that breaks down gas bubbles, allowing for the easy passage of gas.
Common side effects of Levosulpiride and Dimethicone include increased prolactin levels in the blood, insomnia (difficulty sleeping), sedation, extrapyramidal symptoms, akathisia (inability to stay still), constipation, increased liver enzymes, maculopapular rash, unusual breast milk production in both women and men, absence of menstrual periods, breast enlargement in males, breast enlargement, breast pain, orgasmic dysfunction, and erectile dysfunction.
