How Diclofenac, Paracetamol, and Methocarbamol work Diclofenac, Paracetamol, and Methocarbamol is a combination of three medications: Paracetamol, Diclofenac, and Methocarbamol. Paracetamol is an antipyretic (fever reducer), while Diclofenac is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID). They work by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers in the brain that cause fever and pain, respectively.
