Mephenesin is a muscle relaxant that acts on the centers in the brain and spinal cord to relieve muscle stiffness or spasms and to improve pain and movement of muscles. Diclofenac is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) that blocks the release of certain chemical messengers in the brain that cause pain and inflammation, including redness and swelling. Menthol and Methyl Salicylate are topical analgesics that provide pain relief. Turpentine Oil serves as a lubricant.
