How it Works

How Diazepam and Dicyclomine work Diazepam and Dicyclomine is a combination of two medicines: Diazepam and Dicyclomine. Diazepam is a benzodiazepine that increases the action of GABA, a chemical messenger that suppresses abnormal and excessive activity of nerve cells in the brain. Dicyclomine works by relaxing the muscles in the stomach and intestines. It stops sudden muscle contractions (spasms), which in turn relieves cramps, pain, bloating, and discomfort.

Side Effects

Common side effects of Diazepam and Dicyclomine include sleepiness, confusion, memory impairment, dizziness, tiredness, blurred vision, dryness of the mouth, nervousness, abnormalities of voluntary movements, impaired coordination, and depression.
