Diacerein is a proteoglycan synthesis stimulator, while curcuma longa, also known as turmeric or haldi, is a herbal medicine. Together, they inhibit the chemicals that cause inflammation and pain in the joints. Additionally, diacerein contributes to the formation of cartilage, the soft tissue surrounding the joints, in the body.
