Ofloxacin is an antibiotic that works by inhibiting the action of a bacterial enzyme called DNA-gyrase. This prevents bacterial cells from dividing and repairing, ultimately leading to their death. Clobetasol is a steroid that blocks the production of certain chemical messengers responsible for making the skin red, swollen, and itchy. Miconazole and Terbinafine are antifungal medications that kill and inhibit the growth of fungi by disrupting their cell membrane, effectively treating skin infections. Dexpanthenol is an emollient that softens and moisturizes the skin while reducing itching and flaking, promoting the healing of skin infections.
