Ketoconazole, Clioquinol, and Tolnaftate are antifungal medicines. Ketoconazole kills and inhibits the growth of fungi by destroying their cell membranes, thereby treating skin infections. Clioquinol interacts with DNA synthesis, effectively killing the fungi responsible for the infection. Tolnaftate prevents the growth of fungal cell walls and inhibits the formation of fungal colonies. This action leads to the death of fungi and relief from the infection.
