Isotretinoin is a derivative of vitamin A that reduces oil production in the skin, replenishes acne-prone skin, and helps keep pores open.

Common side effects of Clindamycin and Isotretinoin include skin peeling, itching, stinging sensation, erythema (skin redness), and a burning sensation at the site of application.
