Chlorpheniramine Maleate is an antihistamine that alleviates allergy symptoms such as a runny nose, watery eyes, and sneezing. Codeine is a cough suppressant that alleviates cough by reducing the activity of the cough center in the brain. Sodium Citrate is a mucolytic that thins and loosens mucus, making it easier to expel. Menthol provides a cooling sensation and relieves minor throat irritation.
