Common side effects of Chloroquine and Primaquine include nausea, vomiting, upset stomach, stomach pain, dizziness, headache, itching, hives, and rash.

Chloroquine + Primaquine can be taken with or without food; however, it is advisable to take it with food if you experience stomach upset.

- Wear light-coloured and covered clothing when outside after sunset.
- Apply insect repellent creams or sprays on exposed areas of your body not covered by clothing.
