How Nimesulide and Camylofin Work Nimesulide and Camylofin is a combination of two medications that relieve abdominal pain and cramps. Nimesulide is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) that works by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers responsible for pain and inflammation, including redness and swelling. Camylofin is an anti-cholinergic that relaxes the muscles in the stomach and intestines, preventing sudden muscle contractions or spasms. By doing this, it alleviates cramps, pain, bloating, and discomfort.
