How Nimesulide and Camylofin Work Nimesulide and Camylofin is a combination of two medications that relieve abdominal pain and cramps. Nimesulide is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) that works by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers responsible for pain and inflammation, including redness and swelling. Camylofin is an anti-cholinergic that relaxes the muscles in the stomach and intestines, preventing sudden muscle contractions or spasms. By doing this, it alleviates cramps, pain, bloating, and discomfort.

Side Effects

Common side effects of Nimesulide and Camylofin include nausea, vomiting, constipation, dryness of the mouth, increased liver enzymes, blurred vision, and increased heart rate.
