How Camylofin and Mefenamic Acid work Camylofin and Mefenamic Acid is a combination of two medicines: Camylofin and Mefenamic Acid, which relieve abdominal pain and cramps. Camylofin is an anticholinergic that relaxes the muscles in the stomach and intestines, stopping sudden muscle contractions (spasms). This action alleviates cramps, pain, bloating, and discomfort. Mefenamic Acid is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) that works by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers that cause pain and inflammation, including redness and swelling.

Side Effects

Common side effects of Camylofin and Mefenamic Acid include nausea, vomiting, dryness of the mouth, and heartburn.
