Common side effects of Camostat include rash, itching, gastrointestinal disturbances, liver dysfunction, pancreatic inflammation, blood disorders, sleep disturbances, fatigue, headache, dizziness, paresthesia (tingling or pricking sensation), muscle pain, myositis, rhabdomyolysis, taste changes, hypersensitivity, and Stevens-Johnson syndrome.
