Calcium Dobesilate is a vasoprotective medication that acts on the walls of small blood vessels, reducing their leakage and fragility. It also enhances blood flow by decreasing the viscosity of the blood, thereby alleviating inflammation (redness and swelling) in piles or hemorrhoids and promoting healing. In combination with Vitamin C, citrus bioflavonoids support healthy blood vessel function and protect Vitamin C from chemical breakdown, thereby boosting the body’s immune system.

Side Effects

Common side effects of Citrus Bioflavonoid, Calcium Dobesilate, and Vitamin C include abdominal pain and agranulocytosis, which is a deficiency of granulocytes in the blood.
