This action strengthens the bone and minimizes the risk of fractures. Calcium helps build and maintain bones, while Vitamin D3 enhances the body's ability to absorb Calcium effectively. Additionally, Vitamin D3 supports the muscles needed to prevent falls.

Side Effects

Common side effects of Risedronate, Calcium, and Vitamin D3 include headache, musculoskeletal pain (bone, muscle, or joint), back pain, indigestion, heartburn, and diarrhea.

  • Take it first thing in the morning on an empty stomach.
  • Do not lie down after taking the medicine.
