Chlorpheniramine Maleate is an antihistamine that alleviates allergy symptoms such as a runny nose, watery eyes, and sneezing. Phenylephrine is a decongestant that narrows small blood vessels, providing relief from nasal congestion or stuffiness. Paracetamol is an antipyretic (fever reducer) that inhibits the release of certain chemical messengers to lower fever associated with colds.
