How it Works

How Brinzolamide, Brimonidine, and Timolol work Brinzolamide, Brimonidine, and Timolol comprise three medications. Brinzolamide reduces fluid production in the eye, which lowers intraocular pressure. Brimonidine enhances fluid drainage from the eye and decreases the amount of fluid produced. Timolol also reduces the production of fluid in the eye.

Common side effects of Brinzolamide, Brimonidine, and Timolol include eye irritation, dry eyes, blurred vision, and a bitter taste.

Apply pressure to the corner of the eye (near the nose) for approximately 1 minute immediately after instilling the drop.
Remove contact lenses before using Brinzolamide + Brimonidine + Timolol and wait at least 15 minutes before reinserting them.
