Take Bifidobacteria (Bifidobacterium Longum) + Lactitol + Lactobacillus acidophilus + Streptococcus thermophilus orally as directed. Lactitol is often started at a lower dose and titrated up to achieve 2–3 soft stools per day, usually in hepatic encephalopathy, where dose adjustment is critical. Take with a meal or as advised. When taken alongside antibiotics, separate the probiotic dose from the antibiotic by at least 2 hours. Maintain adequate fluid intake. Avoid very hot beverages around the time of dosing, as heat can reduce probiotic viability. Store as directed on the label, as some products require refrigeration.

Overdose of Bifidobacteria (Bifidobacterium Longum) + Lactitol + Lactobacillus acidophilus + Streptococcus thermophilus may cause severe diarrhoea, abdominal cramping, and dehydration. People may also experience electrolyte disturbance, especially if Bifidobacteria (Bifidobacterium Longum) + Lactitol + Lactobacillus acidophilus + Streptococcus thermophilus is taken for a prolonged period or in excess amounts. Consult your doctor if symptoms are severe or persistent, especially in older patients or those with kidney disease.
If you forget a dose, take it as soon as you remember. If it is close to the next dose, skip the missed dose and continue. Do not double the dose.
