Side Effects

Common side effects of Losartan and Amlodipine include sleepiness, ankle swelling, headache, flushing (a sense of warmth in the face, ears, neck, and trunk), dizziness, palpitations, increased potassium levels in the blood, fatigue, nausea, edema (swelling), abdominal pain, visual disturbances, breathlessness, changes in bowel habits, nasal congestion (stuffy nose), and upper respiratory tract infections.
