Indapamide is a diuretic that removes excess water and certain electrolytes from the body by increasing urine production. Over time, it also contributes to relaxing blood vessels and improving blood flow.

Side Effects

Common side effects of Amlodipine and Indapamide include sleepiness, ankle swelling, headache, flushing (a sense of warmth in the face, ears, neck, and trunk), nausea, palpitations, decreased potassium levels in the blood, dizziness, abdominal pain, edema (swelling), visual impairment, double vision, breathlessness, dyspepsia, diarrhea, constipation, maculopapular rash, muscle spasm, fatigue, and weakness.
