Side Effects

Common side effects of Amitriptyline and Methylcobalamin include constipation, difficulty in urination, weight gain, dryness in the mouth, orthostatic hypotension (sudden lowering of blood pressure upon standing), drowsiness, blurred vision, and increased heart rate.
