Amitriptyline is a tricyclic antidepressant that increases the levels of chemical messengers in the brain, helping to regulate mood and treat depression. Pantoprazole is a proton pump inhibitor (PPI) that reduces the amount of acid in the stomach, relieving acid-related indigestion and heartburn.
