Ambroxol is a mucolytic that thins and loosens mucus (phlegm), making it easier to cough out. Levocetirizine is an antiallergic that relieves allergy symptoms such as a runny nose, watery eyes, and sneezing. Montelukast is a leukotriene antagonist that works by blocking the action of leukotriene, a chemical messenger. This reduces inflammation in the airways and nose, thereby improving your symptoms.

Common side effects of Ambroxol, Levocetirizine, and Montelukast include dryness in the mouth, headache, fatigue, sleepiness, vomiting, diarrhea, abdominal pain, constipation, otitis media (ear infection), and influenza.

- You have been prescribed Ambroxol + Levocetirizine + Montelukast for the prevention of asthma.
- Take it at the same time each day, preferably in the evening after food.
