How Terbutaline + Ambroxol + Guaifenesin + Flavoured Mentholated base works Terbutaline + Ambroxol + Guaifenesin + Flavoured Mentholated base is a combination of four medicines: Terbutaline, Ambroxol, Guaifenesin, and Flavoured Mentholated base, which work together to relieve cough with mucus. Terbutaline is a bronchodilator that relaxes the muscles in the airways, thereby widening them. Ambroxol is a mucolytic that thins and loosens mucus (phlegm), making it easier to expel. Guaifenesin is an expectorant that decreases the stickiness of mucus, facilitating its removal from the airways. Flavoured Mentholated base provides a cooling sensation and alleviates minor throat irritation.

Side Effects

Common side effects of Terbutaline, Ambroxol, Guaifenesin, and Flavoured Mentholated Base include upset stomach, shivering, increased heart rate, nausea, vomiting, and headache.
