Diazepam is a benzodiazepine that increases the action of a chemical messenger (GABA), which suppresses the abnormal and excessive activity of nerve cells in the brain. Aluminium Hydroxide is an antacid that neutralizes excess stomach acid to relieve acidity. Propantheline belongs to a class of drugs called anticholinergics; it works by relaxing the muscles of the stomach, intestines, and bladder while also decreasing the amount of acid produced in the stomach.
