Phenylephrine is a decongestant that narrows small blood vessels, providing relief from congestion or stuffiness in the nose. Acrivastine is an antiallergic that alleviates symptoms such as a runny nose, watery eyes, and sneezing. Paracetamol is an analgesic (pain reliever) and antipyretic (fever reducer) that blocks the release of certain chemical messengers in the brain responsible for pain and fever. Caffeine is a stimulant that counteracts sleepiness caused by Acrivastine.

Side Effects

Common side effects of Phenylephrine, Acrivastine, Paracetamol, and Caffeine include nausea, vomiting, headache, restlessness, and sleepiness.
