Aceclofenac, Paracetamol, and Tramadol are used for pain relief.
How Aceclofenac, Paracetamol, and Tramadol Work Aceclofenac, Paracetamol, and Tramadol is a combination of three medicines: Aceclofenac, Paracetamol, and Tramadol. Paracetamol is an analgesic (pain reliever) as well as an antipyretic (fever reducer). Aceclofenac is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID). Together, they work by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers in the brain that cause pain. Tramadol is an opioid analgesic (a very strong pain reliever) that works by blocking the transmission of pain signals to the brain, thereby reducing pain perception.
Common side effects of Aceclofenac, Paracetamol, and Tramadol include nausea, vomiting, stomach pain, indigestion, loss of appetite, dryness in the mouth, dizziness, sleepiness, and heartburn.
