How Eperisone, Aceclofenac, and Paracetamol work Eperisone, Aceclofenac, and Paracetamol is a combination of three medicines. Eperisone is a muscle relaxant that acts on the centers in the brain and spinal cord to relieve muscle stiffness or spasms without reducing strength. This improves pain and enhances muscle movement. Aceclofenac is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) that works by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers responsible for pain and inflammation, including redness and swelling. Paracetamol is an analgesic (pain reliever) and antipyretic (fever reducer) that functions by inhibiting the release of specific chemical messengers that lead to pain and fever.

Side Effects

Common side effects of Eperisone, Aceclofenac, and Paracetamol include indigestion, abdominal pain, nausea, rash, hives, headache, dizziness, and drowsiness.
