How Aceclofenac, Paracetamol, and Chlorzoxazone work: Aceclofenac, Paracetamol, and Chlorzoxazone is a combination of two pain-relieving medications (Aceclofenac and Paracetamol) and a muscle relaxant (Chlorzoxazone). The pain-relieving medications block the release of certain chemical messengers in the brain that cause pain and inflammation (redness and swelling). The muscle relaxant acts on the centers in the brain and spinal cord to alleviate muscle stiffness or spasms, thereby improving muscle movement.
