The majority of side effects typically do not necessitate medical intervention. and disappear as your body adjusts to the medicine. Doctor consultation is advised if they persist or if you're worried about them.

Zoldex Tablet is a combination of three medicines: Diclofenac, Paracetamol and Dextropropoxyphene. Paracetamol is an analgesic (pain reliever) as well as an antipyretic (fever reducer). Diclofenac is a non-steroidal antiinflammatory drug (NSAID). Together, both of them work by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers in the brain that cause pain. Dextropropoxyphene is an opioid analgesic ( very strong pain reliever) which works by blocking transmission of pain signals to the brain to lower the pain perception.
Unsafe: Avoid consuming alcohol with Zoldex Tablet as it is deemed unsafe.
Seek medical advice from your doctor: Zoldex Tablet is unsafe to use during pregnancy as there is definite evidence of risk to the developing baby. However, the doctor may rarely prescribe it in some life-threatening situations if the benefits are more than the potential risks. Doctor consultation is advised.
Seek medical advice from your doctor: Zoldex Tablet is probably unsafe to use during breastfeeding. Limited human data suggests that the drug may pass into the breastmilk and harm the baby. Even small doses of Zoldex Tablet can cause infant sleepiness and decreased/altered brain function.
Not Safe: Zoldex Tablet may cause side effects which could affect your ability to drive. Zoldex Tablet may cause headaches, blurred vision, dizziness or drowsiness in some patients. This may affect your ability to drive.
Caution Advised: Zoldex Tablet should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Zoldex Tablet may be needed. Doctor consultation is advised. Use of Zoldex Tablet is not recommended in patients with end stage kidney disease.
