How to use Spegra Tablet Follow your doctor's guidance regarding the dose and duration of this medication. Ingest it without breaking or crushing. Do not chew, crush or break it. Spegra Tablet can be taken it with or without food, although it's advisable to take it consistently at the same time.
How it works
How Spegra Tablet works Spegra Tablet is a combination of three medicines: Dolutegravir, Emtricitabine and Tenofovir Alafenamide. It is an anti-HIV medication and works by preventing the action of reverse transcriptase enzyme. This enzyme is responsible for production of HIV.
Caution: It is important to consult your doctor regarding alcohol consumption while taking Spegra Tablet .
Spegra Tablet is generally considered safe to use during pregnancy. Animal studies have shown low or no adverse effects to the developing baby; however, there are limited human studies.
Information regarding the use of Spegra Tablet during breastfeeding is not available. Doctor consultation is advised.
It is not known whether Spegra Tablet alters the ability to drive. Do not drive if you experience any symptoms that affect your ability to concentrate and react.
