In Irritable bowel syndrome Irritable bowel syndrome is a chronic (long-term) inflammatory disease of the large intestine (colon) that usually needs long-term management. This can lead to bleeding, frequent diarrhea, bloating, flatulence, cramps, and stomach pain. Spasmolar Tablet relaxes the muscles in your stomach and gut (intestine) and relieves these symptoms effectively. Usually, it is used along with other medicines for the management of your condition. Continue taking it for as long as the doctor may advise you to. Take a fiber-rich diet, avoid oily or spicy food and drink plenty of fluids while taking it to make sure you stay hydrated.
The majority of side effects typically do not necessitate medical intervention. and disappear as your body adjusts to the medicine. Doctor consultation is advised if they persist or if you're worried about them.

Spasmolar Tablet is a combination of four medicines: dicyclomine, clidinium, dimethicone and paracetamol. Dicyclomine and clidinium are antispasmodics which work by relaxing the muscles in your stomach and gut (intestine). They stop sudden muscle contractions (spasms). By doing this, they relieve cramps, pain, bloating, and discomfort. Dimethicone is as an anti-foaming agent. It breaks down the gas bubbles inside the stomach and allows easy passage of the gas. Paracetamol is an analgesic (pain reliever) and anti-pyretic (fever reducer) which works by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers that cause fever and pain.
