In Arrhythmia Solet Tablet works by blocking abnormal electrical signals in the heart. This helps control the uneven beating of your heart and helps it to beat normally. It is normally only given by injection in a hospital when a fast response is needed or when tablets have not worked or cannot be given. This medicine thus prevents serious health problems that can sometimes be fatal and reduces your risk of death.

Caution Advised: Solet Tablet should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Solet Tablet may be needed. Doctor consultation is advised. Use of Solet Tablet is not recommended in patients with serious kidney disease.

If a dose of Solet Tablet is missed, take it promptly. However, if your next dose is approaching, skip the missed dose and resume your regular schedule. Avoid doubling the dose.
