Sofradex F Cream is a combination of three medicines: Dexamethasone, Framycetin and Clotrimazole. It kills and stops the growth of the fungi by destroying its cell membrane. Framycetin is an antibiotic. It stops bacterial growth on the skin, by preventing synthesis of essential proteins required by bacteria to carry out vital functions. Together, they treat your skin infection effectively.
