How Sanctus Relief Tablet works Sanctus Relief 50mg/100mg/325mg Tablet is a combination of three medicines: Diclofenac, Magnesium Trisilicate and Paracetamol which relieve pain. Diclofenac is a non-steroidal antiinflammatory drug (NSAID) and Paracetamol is an antipyretic (fever reducer). They work by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers in the brain that cause pain and fever. Magnesium Trisilicate is an inorganic salt which reduces the amount of acid in the stomach and prevents damage to the stomach lining caused by Diclofenac.
