How Rabonus O Tablet works Rabonus O 4mg/20mg Tablet is a combination of two medicines: Ondansetron and Rabeprazole. Ondansetron is an antiemetic medication. It works by blocking the action of a chemical messenger (serotonin) in the brain that may cause nausea and vomiting. Rabeprazole is a proton pump inhibitor (PPI) which works by reducing the amount of acid in the stomach which helps in the relief of acid-related indigestion and heartburn.
