Besides, it also contains a blood thinner, Aspirin, that prevents the formation of blood clots and also prevents the existing ones from growing bigger in size. This helps the blood flow freely around your body thereby preventing a heart attack or stroke (or deep vein thrombosis or pulmonary embolism). This medicine can help increase your ability to exercise and go about your daily life more easily by reducing the frequency of angina attacks. You should take it regularly and as long as it is prescribed for it to work effectively.

NITREN 30MG/75MG CAPSULE is a combination of two medicines: Isosorbide Mononitrate and Aspirin which prevent future episodes of angina. Isosorbide mononitrate dilates the blood vessels of the body. As a result, work load on the heart is reduced which in turn decreases heart-related chest pain. Aspirin is an antiplatelet medicine. It prevents the platelets from sticking together and decreases the formation of harmful blood clots.
Unsafe: It is unsafe to consume alcohol while taking NITREN 30MG/75MG CAPSULE , as it may lead to symptoms such as flushing, increased heart rate, nausea, thirst, chest pain, and low blood pressure, known as a Disulfiram reaction.
