In Pain relief Natadol-P Tablet gives relief in inflammatory conditions that affect muscles and joints such as rheumatoid arthritis and osteoarthritis. Natadol-P Tablet also gives relief from muscle and back pain as well as toothache and menstrual pain. Natadol-P Tablet is also used to reduce pain after surgery. It blocks chemical messengers in the brain that are responsible for pain sensation. By reducing pain, it improves the quality of your life.
The majority of side effects typically do not necessitate medical intervention. and disappear as your body adjusts to the medicine. Doctor consultation is advised if they persist or if you're worried about them.
Follow your doctor's guidance regarding the dose and duration of this medication. Ingest it without breaking or crushing. Do not chew, crush or break it. Natadol-P Tablet can be taken it with or without food, although it's advisable to take it consistently at the same time.
Natadol-P Tablet is a combination of two medicines: tapentadol and paracetamol which relieve pain. Tapentadol is an opioid analgesic (pain reliever) which works by blocking transmission of pain signals to the brain to lower pain perception. Paracetamol is an analgesic (pain reliever) and anti-pyretic (fever reducer) which works by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers that cause fever and pain.
Unsafe: Avoid consuming alcohol with Natadol-P Tablet as it is deemed unsafe.
Seek medical advice from your doctor: Natadol-P Tablet may be unsafe to use during pregnancy. Although there are limited studies in humans, animal studies have shown harmful effects on the developing baby. Your doctor will weigh the benefits and any potential risks before prescribing it to you. Doctor consultation is advised.
Seek medical advice from your doctor: Natadol-P Tablet is probably unsafe to use during breastfeeding. Limited human data suggests that the drug may pass into the breastmilk and harm the baby.
Not Safe: Natadol-P Tablet may cause side effects which could affect your ability to drive. If you feel drowsy, dizzy, have blurred vision or a slow reaction time while taking Natadol-P Tablet, then do not drive.
Caution Advised: Natadol-P Tablet should be used with caution in patients with severe kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Natadol-P Tablet may be needed. Doctor consultation is advised. However, Natadol-P Tablet contains paracetamol which is considered the safest painkiller for kidney disease patients.
Caution Advised: Natadol-P Tablet should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Dose adjustment of Natadol-P Tablet may be needed. Doctor consultation is advised. However, the use of Natadol-P Tablet is not recommended in patients with severe liver disease and active liver disease.
If a dose of Natadol-P Tablet is missed, take it promptly. However, if your next dose is approaching, skip the missed dose and resume your regular schedule. Avoid doubling the dose.
