Myo Pyrolate Injection is a combination of two medicines: Glycopyrrolate and Neostigmine. Neostigmine is a cholinesterase inhibitor which is used at the end of a surgery to reverse the effects of certain medicines used during surgery such as muscle relaxants and anesthetics. Glycopyrrolate is an anticholinergic which is added to prevent the unwanted effects of Neostigmine such as decreased heart rate and excess saliva production.
