In Neuropathic pain Maxdulin 75/20 Capsule DR is a combination of medicines used to treat long-lasting (chronic) pain caused by nerve damage due to diabetes, shingles or spinal cord injury. It reduces pain and its associated symptoms such as mood changes, sleep problems, and tiredness. Pregabalin, an active ingredient of this medicine, is thought to work by interfering with pain signals that travel through the damaged nerves and the brain. It also improves nerve conduction and enhances the quality of life.
The majority of side effects typically do not necessitate medical intervention. and disappear as your body adjusts to the medicine. Doctor consultation is advised if they persist or if you're worried about them.
Follow your doctor's guidance regarding the dose and duration of this medication. Ingest it without breaking or crushing. Do not chew, crush or break it. Maxdulin 75/20 Capsule DR can be taken it with or without food, although it's advisable to take it consistently at the same time.
Maxdulin 75/20 Capsule DR is a combination of two medicines: Pregabalin and duloxetine. Pregabalin is an alpha 2 delta ligand which decreases pain by modulating calcium channel activity of the nerve cells. Duloxetine is a serotonin-norepinephrine reuptake inhibitor (SNRI) which increases the levels of chemical messengers (serotonin and noradrenaline) that stop the movement of pain signals in the brain. Together, they relieve neuropathic pain (pain from damaged nerves).
Unsafe: Avoid consuming alcohol with Maxdulin 75/20 Capsule DR as it is deemed unsafe.

Although there are limited studies in humans, animal studies have shown harmful effects on the developing baby.
